We provide advocacy services in cases that may arise from medical errors in the treatment process, physician rights, patient rights, institutionalization training for health institutions, and in general health law cases. Nowadays, with the development of technology, there is often conflict between the patient and the doctor, the patient and the hospital, and the disputes often end up in court.
We provide advocacy services to both hospitals and patients in these malpractice cases filed on the grounds that physicians do not comply with certain dimensions and standards. The term "complication" is important for Health Law.
Complication is the occurrence of unwanted results as a result of an intervention in accordance with the standards by the physician. Malpractice is a doctor's mistake as people call it. The Turkish Medical Association defines Malpractice as "harming a patient due to lack of knowledge, inexperience or indifference is a bad practice of medicine". The most important issue in malpractice cases is the defect.
In accordance with the principle of no fault, no liability, the presence of a defect is a must for malpractice. In the presence of Malpractice, different cases such as compensation cases against the Physician and the Hospital, filing a criminal complaint against the Physician will arise. Malpractice cases should be brought to the defendant administration if the physician works in the public sector, and to the physician and hospital if the physician works in private.
